Sage Service Center — Specialist Repairs for Sage Coffee Machines
Sage makes some of the best home espresso machines on the market. Anyone who has used a Barista Express or an Oracle Touch knows what we mean — the build quality is serious, the results are genuinely cafe-level, and the price tag reflects both of those things. So when a Sage machine stops working or starts behaving strangely, leaving it sitting on the counter is not really an option. These are not throwaway machines. They deserve proper attention from someone who actually knows them.
Why Sage Repairs Need a Specialist

A lot of general repair shops will take a look at a Sage machine and either turn it away or take a guess at the problem. Sage machines are more complex than most — dual boilers, PID temperature control, integrated grinders, pressure profiling systems. Getting inside one without knowing what you are doing can make things worse, not better.
We go through the machine properly, tell you exactly what we found in plain terms, and get it sorted. No vague explanations, no second visits for the same fault.
Sage Models We Repair
We cover the full Sage range:
Barista Express — the most popular Sage machine and one we see regularly. Grinder faults, pressure issues, steam wand problems — all common on this model and all things we fix routinely.
Barista Pro — similar to the Express but with a different grinder and display system. We handle both variants.

Barista Touch and Barista Touch Impress — touchscreen models with more automation built in. Electronic faults on these need careful handling and we are set up for it.
Oracle and Oracle Touch — Sage’s flagship automatic machines. Dual boiler systems, automatic tamping, more going on internally. These need specialist knowledge to repair properly and that is exactly what we bring.
Dual Boiler — the choice for serious home baristas who want full manual control. Complex internally but we know it well.
Bambino and Bambino Plus — compact machines, simpler than the higher-end models but still worth repairing properly when something goes wrong.
Barista Express Impress — the newer version with the Impress tamping system. We are familiar with the changes Sage made on this model.
What Goes Wrong — And What We Do About It
Sage machines tend to develop specific faults depending on the model and how heavily they are used:
Grinder issues are extremely common across the Barista range. Burrs go blunt over time, the grind can shift without you realising, and every now and then something finds its way in there that has no business being there. We take the whole thing apart, clear it out, put in what needs replacing, and set the grind back where it belongs.
Pressure problems — espresso coming out too fast, too slow, or with no real body to it. Usually points to the pump, the group head, or a blockage somewhere in the flow path. We test the whole system.
Got a brand or model that is less common? Just get in touch and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
